As a user of the iPhone, you surely are aware of its amazing powers and features, and if you are looking to sell it, for whatever reason, be it going for a higher model or the fact that your phone has been damaged, you should know that you can get a good price for it. Apple’s iPhone combines the functionality of an Internet enabled cell phone with that of an iPod media player and a handheld computer. It includes GPS and improved battery life. It has so many great functionalities, that many people want to buy it. Many people have had a great experience selling their iPhones for the best price possible, on the internet.
Due to very high popularity of iPhones among mobile phone users all around the world, many websites have opened up which trade in iPhones. These websites help iPhone users sell their phones. Generally, these websites follow a standard procedure to carry out their daily functions. If you are looking to sell your iPhone, here’s what you need to do:
- You will have to fill up an easy point and click online quotation form, where you have to enter the details about the condition of the iPhone.
- Based on the analysis of iPhone experts, engineers and scientists, these websites get back to you with a guaranteed online quote of the price that you will get upon selling your phone.
This process does not involve any phone calls, emails, auctions, transaction fees, shipping charges, silly ads to write etc. Elimination of all these things makes the process faster, easier and does not cost either the website or the client. Thus it is a win-win situation for both.
- When you will accept the online quote that you will receive, the website will send an insured, prepaid box and a shipping label.
- When it arrives to you, you just need to place the iPhone in the box and send it to the official address of the website already printed on the box. The postage charges would have already been paid by the website.
- This box can be tracked in its journey so that you know your iPhone is safe.
- It is also insured against any damage.
Every year, thousands of iPhones are sent and received this way.
Therefore, this process has the advantage of ease of transaction. There are no hassles, and the entire process is smooth and easy. The best part is that you get the money that was agreed to in the online quotation, within a week. Also, there are websites which offer such a service even if the phone in question is dead or not in working condition. Even if your iPhone is damaged, broken, or not working, you can still sell it in exchange for some cash. So now you don’t have to be stuck with a broken phone! Go ahead; sell it in order to grab a new one for yourself.

i currently own a blackberry curve 8310 & would like to buy an iphone, can i add it to a family plan?
i previously owned an iphone, and for some reason decided i was bored with it. so i bought a blackberry curve 8310 from at&t, and sold my old iphone. well i’ve been missing the iphone a ton, but don’t want to give up the blackberry. i’m willing to pay for both lines, so that i have both an active blackberry and an active iphone.. but i was wondering what exactly my options were. i’m currently in a two year contract with the blackberry. what i would like to do is wake up bright and early september 7th, and pick up the iphone 3g from my local best buy. is it possible for me to just pay the $299 (i want the 16GB white iphone), and add a line to my account? or would i have to pay a no-contract price? any help would be really appreciated, i realize these would be excellent questions to go into an at&t store and ask, but the closest at&t store is over an hour away.
also, all of the pricing questions aside.. i was wondering what happens when you buy an iphone at best buy. i realize no one has had the opportunity to purchase one from best buy yet, but does anyone know if it has to be activated right there on the spot? i’ve read on the best buy website that that is an option, that they can activate it and you can walk out with a fully functioning iphone.. but do you also have the option of going home and plugging the iphone into your computer and activating it through itunes like the original iphone? thanks again!

Same situation here with the Blackberry and iPhone. Yes you can add the iPhone to your family plan the only additional cost is the data package. The AT&T policy is "in-store activation" Best Buy should be following that policy… so dont be surprised if the take home option is unavailable. If you were a first gen iPhone owner, you know that the home set-up was a breeze so either way your golden. Good luck. (the white is amazing!)
