Smaato introduced its SOMA platform which enables the management and delivery of targeted display advertising to mobile phones within applications and on mobile sites. It is a web-based end-to-end solution for serving mobile display ads, text ads, and landing pages to any mobile handset available in the market. The SOMA client supports the standardized MMA advertising formats in different regions while it is available for Symbian S60, Java Mobile(J2ME), Window Mobile, BlackBerry OS and Palm OS.
